Hmmm....Interesting, it looks like its either a customized Marcos Mantula or Mantaris, or its based on something pulled from the molds for those cars.

I've seen those before, but for the life of me I can't remember what they were called....I was thinking it was a Kelmark kit car, but got zip on the image search - not one of theirs.

That's a kit car called a Kellison.It was a body to be mounted on the frame of your choice or,I think,a chassis supplied by Kellison.
