I wrote this in the wee hours one night. When you write about yourself, so long ago, it's a little eerie, almost like you get to meet yourself again, as a little child. For me, it was a rewarding experience.
I'm just posting the link for those "touchy-feely" people like me who haunt forums in the wee hours of THEIR nights.

Great story, wonderfly written.
Your interaction with the cellist got me to thinking about my interactions with my own daughters when they were young (they're 21 and 22 now). Did I give them enough attention? What could I have done better? Hey - they still talk to me, so I guess I did OK.......
Do some more writing......

Thank you for taking the time to read a stranger's thoughts. I wasn't expecting any takers, really. This Yahoo Contributor's thing is pretty neat, but I've only done it twice, just when "the spirit moved me" lol.
