Question Oh for cripes sake!

A headline today at jalopnik.com

"If you are calling the U.S. offices of a Japanese carmaker worried that your vehicle is somehow radioactive, please contact us, so we can update our official Who's Who of American Idiots."

Are people really this utterly stupid?

But I suppose this it to be expected when kids graduate from school unable to read or perform simple math calculations, but they sure as hell can text like little bunnies and waste countless hours on Facebook. Ugh!

Yeah, but where are the Mazda's made? Well, I don't know if they all are anymore, but the Mazda 3 used to be made in Hiroschima (spelling?) It could still be radioactive!!!!

Hmm, would that be a new "cool" mod for the kiddies? "Hey check out my glow in the dark car, son!" (and YESSS I know that they actually sold glow in the dark automotive paint for a while there... )

Later

3-M made it, still might as far as I know, they used it to get the '64 Chevelle Malibu to glow in the film Repo Men.

99.9% of those people could be called stupid but for the lucky few who may purchase one of these: Report: Nissan to check radiation levels on cars tabbed for export

Americans have to worry more about shortages of their precious Prius' than radiation. What will the neighbors think if they have to resort to driving an American make? Driving American is anti-American these days. (talk about stupid Americans, right?) Interesting how these "tree hugger mobiles" utilized local nuclear power for their manufacture.
