Ok, It's time.

Well, Ladies and gents, I'm done.

I am sick of sitting around, and I have decided, I'm going to get my fat, Lazy ass in shape, and kick some serious ass, And get into a more serious lifestyle. You may see a LOT less of me here, Now. And I'm going to get into the SCCA, And, I may even take up boxing. But I'm NOT cutting my hair, Or going veggie. FVCK THAT. New pics of me will seem alien, cuz, I'm losing ****ing weight like WackoJacko loses noses.

Thumbs up

May 1 2004, I changed my lifestyle, and I have lost over 100lbs in the first year and have maintained since. i went from being 5 '10 290 to 180. Food is an addiction, it makes you feel good and you can hide behind it. Diets do not work, it is a lifestyle change that has to occur. We all need to food to survive, it is the hardest addiction to kick of all, with drugs, you can stop taking the drugs and live, you cannot go without food. It takes a great deal of work and dedication and sacrifice if you are serious about losing weight. I wish you the best of luck,

Hey Nate,

This is great, you will thank yourself for a lifetime of feeling healthy and good. Lady Fenrir is a Personal Trainer, Nutritionist, Chiropractor, and former Miss Georgia and Miss Wolverine Body Building Champion 1986, she was getting ready to turn pro b4 a back injury ended her career. If you are really serious about getting in shape, PM me and I will give you an e-mail addie you can contact her with. Believe me, she knows what she is doing and can give you sound advice on diet and exercise. When I say diet, that means the foods you eat not going on a diet. 90% of weight control is what and how much you eat in combination with exercise. The key is not limiting your eating, but what you consume and the amount of physical activity you do. I normally keep my mouth shut on this, but this is a great group so, trust me, if you have questions about food, nutrition, good/bad suppliments/ work out routine, ect..ect..this is a golden opportunity to get a true professionals opinion. She worked out with the best, and yes ..even Arnold! Just food for thought! *no pun intended*

I just joined you Nate. Ever since I got married and had kids I have put on like 40 pounds. I used to weight 140 and could see my abs, now I am 180 and can't see my abs. I used to be more active because I was always out skateboarding with my buddies and I used to drink more than I ate. The alcohol made up for the food. I just started working out again for myself. I need to go back down to my normal weight! Best of Luck!

Hey Captain, if you have a Lap Top and a treadmill, you would be down to a 140 lbs. in couple of days! D'OH! Trust me, you guys are helping yourself in the long run, get into good habits NOW! Just a side note, Lady Fenrir's parents are 87 (Mom) 93 (Pa) and have been living this lifestyle for 50 some odd years, and both are still active and can pretty much do all things for themselves (just a little slower) and normal wear and tear for being that old, but they have their wits and still get it done! This is the best gift you can give yourself and your family!

Nate,
If you ever need words of encouragement or someone to try and kick you in the rear, just ask, I was lucky enough to have a support team, in my wife and kids to help me stay on track, others checking on you and watching out for you is a great plus. Let people know what you are doing and the foods that you do not want will not be offered to you. It is amazing. Good luck.
