Hah, I've seen one of those before! The damn thing came after me. If I'm right, it should make a loud clicking sound when pissed off. It was right after I moved into my last house, out pumping gas at night. Ran around my car to get away from it! Mine was green.

Yeah, I've seen one of those before -
I think the brand name was 'Gala', and it came with a spool of string to tie on at one end. If you flip it over, it should have huge, scary eyes affixed to the bottom.
