One Year Car?
I bought mine nearly a year ago and by the end of '07 I will buy my second HHR, so in my case, definitely not a one year vehicle...The HHR fits me, n my needs and my fun times...and it has brought me quite a number of great friends
I am normally the type of person that trades their car in every 2-3 years for something new that catches my eye but with my current job situation I will be sticking with what I have for 5-6 years. For the record, I am not a die hard fan of any brand and do not think the HHR is the supreme machine. However, in its price point I dont think it can be beat for its funtionality.

Your right I have noticed the same thing, I have had my Daytona Blue Z-Man's hHHr for 366 days now and I have over 36,600 miles on it and I am not going to trade my in for anything at this time. I kind a like thr HHr
I have met some really good friends with this HHr that I would not have met other wise. So I thank Chevrolet for the HHr and I also thank JB for this site.
My family & I really enjoy the Runs and Fun and Oh yes the Great BBQ''s that the Mid-Central HHr owners have along with the Indiana Boys.

Not a One Year Veh. for me, I`ve already past that...
I thought I would trade for the Black Chrome "Edition", NOT.
Still having a good time with the Beautiful One, Heck I still get people asking what it is... Still Unique.
So I say , Not One Year,... Year One (proud owner)

My only trading in my future is my s-10 4x4 for a colorado in a year and a half. Already have 2k on my gm card.. The Deer Slayer will be around for a long time..
I don't think I will be trading my HHR, my last new was my 94 GMC 3500 that I still have. 147,648 miles as of now. My wife wants one now. She will be getting hers after 04/15/07 if you know that date. I got the HHR cause I liked the look and it is a GM, fair price, great MPG, fun to drive, My kids are grown and I still have the truck. I also have my bike. It is a nice car for me.
Phewww! I was getting nervous. I thought folks were bailing out on me.
As for me, being on a pension was part of my decision to buy. It was affordable, had space, pretty inexpensive to run. And I loved the look of it. It'll be mine for a long time. In fact, with my daughter going to school much closer to home, she commutes daily. That has relieved some stress from my HHR. It's keeping the mileage and gasoline consumption way down. The only replacing around here may be my 2001 S-10 crew cab. It's got almost 80000 hard wife driven miles on it. We'll see how long we can keep it going.
