Smile The Paddy-Wagon is back!!

Well its been 25 days since the accident that left me and Paddy smashed in a Charlotte intersection courtesy of a drunk driver. Today the Paddy-Wagon came home!

The total damages came to $6,243.21, that excludes my medical bills for the leg injury and facial injuries suffered when I took out Paddy's window with my head.

Here are a couple of quick grab shots with my wife's cellphone in the parking lot of the local pharmacy, after my doctor's appointment tomorrow I'll get some proper shots with my digital SLR camera.

The color match is perfect, the panel fits are just as good as they were before the accident, and the fine folks at Concord Auto Body really went above and beyond to make sure the little critter was detailed to perfection.

Someday when I can look at them without feeling sick to my stomach, you'll get to see the accident pics, but not just now.

While I'm letting the law run its course concerning the individual who hit me, the possibility of civil litigation is something I'm still considering.

Since my wife is also a lawyer like me, representation is not going to be a problem. As one of my friends said, "your situation could almost be a bad joke...so this drunk driver runs a red light and hits a lawyer....."

You do realize, we don't heal as well as the body shop can fix up Paddy ?? He looks brand new, but then again He always did. You on the other hand might end up with a couple changes, don't worry they will make you look tough. Chicks did scars. Glad Paddy is home, did the others ask about Him ??
