The two best teams are playing in the ALDS. Both the Indians and the Yankees are playing at the top of their games. Whoever emerges from that series will be the eventual WS champs. I don't think anyone in the NL is up to the task.

Now if the Brooklyn Dodgers were still around it would be another story!

It's definitely gonna be an American League win. My money, is of course, riding on the Red Sox! Welcome to the Nation!

You might be right but thanks to Mariano gassing it against Baltimore all is well....nothing for nothing but the Yankees rotation has pretty much s*cked down the stretch...Andy got lit up something fierce last start, Roger hurting.....ouch

Sox rotation solid

Too funny! Yep...the Red Sox are good for what...one championship per century? Let's check back when the Yanks have their 27th.

I don't hate the yanks because they spend money, I hate the yanks because every time you turn on ESPN, it's the yanks, or the red sox. ESPN doesn't think there is life outside of the northeast, and I get sick of hearing about how great they are by not only ESPN, but the fans as well. The arrogance is annoying.

Another reason is I don't like the american league. The american league has been dominate the last few years, but the tide is turning, and the National League has some great young players. I see a lot more balance in the coming years.

And IMO, real baseball is the pitcher batting. Much more strategy involved, and a much more interesting game. Unless all you like is offense. It's time to get rid of the DH and play the game the way it is supposed to be played. Just my

Go Cardinals (next year)
