It says clearly that this is a prototype Dodge.the Chrysler MAY be built off this. They would build the new PT off of this in the same way Chevy built the HHR off the Cobalt/Delta platform.

I do agree however they should just retire the PT name and call this something else if it is suppose to be a replacement.

Pretty much sums it up. If Chevy keeps the HHR alive they are going to capture the retro cruiser market.
