American car manufacturers simply don't compete in that category. The few that might be available have already been mentioned. The Dodge Callber is available with AWD, but I doubt you can get the AWD with a manual trans. Lots available if you're not limiting yourself to the domestic manufacturers.

Toyota Matrix AWD

or Pontiac Vibe AWD (same car mostly.....)

Apparently the Vibe was made in Fremont, California.

The Matrix is made in Ontario.
