And after the Doors too, have you ever checked out his solo album from '74 called "The Whole Thing Started with Rock and Roll Roll Now It's Out Of Control"?

It Features Flo & Eddie, Joe Walsh, Patti Smith, etc.

The younger guys probably don't know that Flo and Eddie = The Turtles. I had a friend back in the high school/college days who's wife was friends with Kathy Manzarek, Ray's sister.
