Start with a grille from an LT, they are chromed. Chrome plating the wire mesh is easy, but trying to electroplate an LS satin finish grille would be economically impossible.

I'm looking for a 3-D chrome "something" that will hide the hub welds of the web. It has to fit the rest of the Express theme though.
