Just remember to "Measure thrice, drill once", and paint the edges of the fresh holes with touchup paint to keep the rust bugs at bay.

Found a decent priced abs chrome mesh grill... thinking of plasti-dip spraying the mesh black and doing the trim ring in gold and then overlaying the webbing in gold.

found a source for ABS Rods that I could Chem weld into the web and hit with some antique gold and seal with clear.
