Yeah just sent me a pm when it gets closer so it emails me and I rememeber. I really don't have much in my schedaul besides work 8-6 mon-fri like normal.

Yeah 7% of new cars, but 75% of cars I want lol, and those who do make auto I am scared of (ss, ralliart... um um lol )

Yeah I got much more free time now, hubby wanted mod money for the vette so he picked up a quick summer second job. lol The things you do when you want mods now and no later lol.

I remember taking a second job to pay for a new engine in the dirt track car, the things you do for your cars....exactly.

I don't know if I'd be afraid of another SS, you just got a dud.

The chances of it happening again are slim as long as you really check out the possible second SS including taking it to an independent mechanic.

I'll send you a PM when we get the exact day/days set in stone, we can fly into the Pottstown Municipal Airport over off of Glasgow Street, the FBO operator there knows me so we can borrow a car and meet you wherever you'd like to chow down.

haha i live like you'd fly over my house probably lol

Yeah but hubby is so against another ss it isn't funny, he didn't even totally want a vette because it was gm after all my issues with the gto and the ss. Gm just is the only company that makes proformence autos basically even dodge only does auto's in the srt8s but not the 4's.

Well if you have the time, go to court and have a hearing, if the citing officer doesn't show up for one reason or the other....the ticket will be dismissed. If the officer does show up, you can address the magistrate and explain that its your first offense, you may see the points reduced or removed all together.

Yeah it was a speed trap and the cop came up to give the ticket and told me to plead no guilty, pay the fine and go to court and they would drop the points. But I have never been to court for anything because I havn't somehow... lol... gotten pulled over till now.

For me I really want to clean record / points because of my job. Yes I wasn't on the clock when I got pulled over but next fall i start job searching and even though 3 points per year come off and it was only 3 points i'd rather have it as non moving violation on my record then 15 over ... argh 422 should so be a 65 lol

We'll waggle our wings as we pass over, you can't miss the Cannibal Queen, bright yellow and white....loud as all get out too.

GM makes performance autos because Hydramatic transmissions can handle serious horsepower, and the age of fast car buyers is going up. Geezer types like me are fond of slush-boxes for one reason or the other.

Yeah, 422 should be posted for 65, but that'll never happen.

The big deal with points is your insurance, if they assign points to your license you could see a 15-30% surcharge on top of your current rate.

That makes going to court well worth the time and effort.

yeah it is like 10%, we just had 1 come off our policy too for same thing. And worst thing was it is 422 out by 222 where it is just open highway and not even the KOP half of the highway too.

I did the math of - day of work pay + ticket vs 10% of insurence, it takes 3 years to clear insurence vs 26 months ish to even out for money I will loose by work/ticket haha so it kinda makes me laugh on the what to do. I think I care more about my record for jobs then I do the money.

Yeah, a clear record would be the most important thing, especially when people can run their own background checks online for $20 or so.

422 out by 222, sort of the middle of nowhere, and that's always where they set up a speed trap. They figure folks will hustle a bit because they think there's nothing around, that's when they get ya, as you found out.

Yeah they had one up the ramp for 222 at berkshire mall / olive garden I was going to next ramp for smokey bones / broadcasting blvd exit.

Hubby thought i got pulled over for tint on toastee but turns out we missed the parked unmarked at the previous ramp.

And it's not even them running background checks, most require you to bring it with you... background, child abuse, driving (not all though, but a lot want this), yes 1 thing in past 8 years isn't bad but still. :-/

Smokey Bones, haven't been to one of them in about two years, and I thought my drooling was under control today.
