Another reason Wisconsin people (like me) are weird. The eastern 1/2 of the state calls it soda, while the western 1/2 calls it pop. I have relatives in MN & they call it pop.

We call it soda in StL but when I lived in Omaha, we grew up calling it pop. A soda had ice cream in it!!
