The west coast is a lot more expensive on everything.The tend to be more environmentally cautious.They have a lot stricter laws than us too.Remember they might not have some tax that we do.The might have a lower gas tax and need to compensate or might not have as many toll roads.Usually it comes pretty close but the west coast is always more expensive.
