Being that the 2 main political parties are cutting each others throat at every opportunity, I take note that this money was a bi-partisan effort.

The kook who thinks that we can stop deflation by printing more money? I'm no economics major by any means and I have some non-standard ideas when it comes to economics being Socialist but don't you think putting more money in circulation will do something negative to the value of the US dollar rather than making it's value go up? Not to mention at the current rate they run money something like 95% goes to replacing worn bills taken out of circulation. Our economy is definitely screwed anyways with only like 1/3 of our currency residing here in the US so I might as well not worry about the future and just take whatever bone the government tosses me.
