Texas, i could do that but there's big bugs there right? scorpions and tarantulas? I'd rather deal with the winter than those!
the lil rebels are great bikes but u are right, kind of small,,, honda 700 and ups are great. the VF 700 magnas are awesome bikes w low center of gravity and not tall in the seat and 4 cylinders on a V and they are nice and can be found at great prices and are awesome motorcycles and really dependable

honda Hawks of any size 400 and up are also great. my first street bike and i loved it.

nope no bugs hardly at all until late August and early September. most of the bugs are in south texas and not in this area. we have a few but not that bad.

definately no on the scorpions and tarantulas,, that is south and west and nw texas.

nice riding roads in texas too

Whats up everyone!?! I'm Jay 26 from West Palm Beach..I bought my HHR because I needed a new car and it was the only thing in my price range that was big enough for me to drive and didn't look like a roller skate..I would have loved to upgrade to an LT but with no job I was happy to get the LS.For anyone that sees me on the road.I did not put LT badges on my LS..It must had been the "Legal to carry drugs Mexicans". My ride is and hopefully always will be an open book..

Bout time I chime in here I guess. I'm Adam from the wonderful mountains of the Blue Ridge. I'm 32, been married for 5 years to my wonderful wife Rebecca. I have a 9 year old stepson. I work in the government arena as a consultant. My firm has done such sites for the feds such as the award winning, disabilityinfo.gov.

Got my HHR after finally determining that my GMC Sonoma just wasn't cutting it any more in the MPG dept. Not sure how I expected it to either. Had the 4.3L Vortec HO. After determining that even our Explorer got better mileage, it was time to look for something else. I haven't really been a fan of GM stuff in a long while, but the SSR and HHR got me looking again. So after seeing the price of the two, and the mileage ratings, and the cargo capacity (I was trading in a truck after all) the HHR had to come home with me. I originally wanted the dark silver, but I couldn't find one with the features I wanted. I ended up "settling" for the Sport Red, and I must say the color has really grown on me. Just waiting on some schwag from SocalHHRs (stubby, HHR third light, spiderlites) to dress her up a little. Gotta do something about those lock knobs too. Well, here she is pretty much stock as I got it from the dealership.

My other passion? Well, maybe my license plate gives it away.

Give up? Yep, you got it. Harleys and High Definition. Oooh? Only got one or the other? No problem. I have two Harleys right now, and my whole house is outfitted with HDTV.

My putt-around-town bike is a 1993 Sportster Hugger. It's been punched out to 1200, Mustang seat. My prize is a 1950 WL 45. Love both bikes to death. As for the HDTV thing, have a 42" Sony Grand Vega in the living room, 30" Philips LCD in the bedroom, 15" Polaroid LCD in the stepsons bedroom, 27" LCD above my Harley bar in my recroom, and for good measure, I have a 90" projection system at the other end of the recroom. On the side I'm also a moderator for the best Sirius forum around, SiriusBackstage. If you need to know anything about Sirius, best visit you'll make.
