Those of you that are friends on my facebook and have seen that I made a hurried trip to Nebraska yesterday evening to see my dad that has been fighting a serious infection, and I am sorry to say he passed away this morning, just 5 hours after I arrived.

Were really sorry of your Dad's passing Tom but thankfull you did make it there in time to see him before he passed!

Sorry to hear about your dad Tom, but at least you were able to make it to see him. When my Grandmother passed away, I was on my way back home from Kentucky when my vehicle at the time broke down. I was 400 miles away and could not make it back in time to see her before she left us. To this day I still regret going on that trip when she was in the hospital.

 

Please accept our deepest sympathies Tom, you and your family are in our thoughts and prayers.

Glad you were able to get there. I just lost my dad a couple of months ago and I was too late.
