Uncle got new HHR

yeah, he got a black HHR LS. No options, except for the spoiler. It is pretty base, but very nice. Now my dad is thinking of buying one, very seriously. Hew has to drive 20 miles to work everyday, and his 2004 Sierra get 15 mpg. He is going to get a fully loaded 2LT black HHR. My uncle and him will have almost twin cars. I am kinda excited about the fact that my dad might get one. He isnt hurrying for the employee pricing either. My grandfather used to work for GM so we get the emp. price all the time.

Lightbulb I also have new HHR

I also have a new HHR, and am a retired GM worker from the Tonawanda Engine plane. I bought a HHR LT2 with everything but spoiler, side air bags and on star. I love the car and am looking to a lot of comfortable driving miles. BTW, have your uncle check out the emergency hatch access handle to see if it is there, I checked mine and there is nothing under the pop out plug in rear hatch cover. It is supposed to be there so as to enable opening hatch if power is out.( several people have found this to be missing) This is the only problem so far!

If you dont mind me asking parky, how much did you get off with the employee discount? Your car sounds like the exact car my dad wants, but with Onstar, side air bags and the spoiler.

If you go to www.gmfamilyfirst.com and then use the drop down menu at the top for shopping, I believe all the prices you get are GMS pricing.
