Update. As of this morning they had gotten her pulse down to just under 60 but it is now fluctuatating between the 60's and low 70's so it looks like they are going to give her another pill to try and lower it some more so they can do the cat scan.

Just got word they tried to do the scan but her heart rate/pulse are still too irradic. They are waiting to tallk to the doctor.

As with all Dayton, my best to you and your "first" family from all us in your "second" family. Our thoughts are with you, and your sister. While this is indeed, a frightening time, modern medicine is a great thing. Be sure to ask questions - and even if just this time - "DO NOT TAKE NO FOR AN ANSWER". As an EMT, I can assure you - she is in excellent hands.
