I spend most of my time in Louisiana and Texas, and never expected that I'd enjoy heated seats here. When my girlfriend bought a Z4, we both were surprised to like that feature. I then screened online for heated seats for our next used vehicle and that's how we found our 2LT!

I started hearing about seats ventilated for cooling. I thought that would be particularly useful in our hot southern climate. Today, I test drove a Lexus IS 250 and a Cadillac SRX, each equipped with ventilated seats. I barely noticed the seat ventilation. I'd like other people's opinions, but I was as surprised to be disappointed in the ventilated seats as I was unexpectedly pleased with heated ones.
