Voted. I think most now where I stand on this after the troop withdrawal thread, so I have no comments.

Whether it was right or wrong, we have started down this path. Unlike previous conflicts we need to successfully complete what was started. Not only to give the deaths of many brave men meaning... but to ensure the Iraqi ppl have a chance to live their lives in freedom, and not be taken over by the next bully on the block.

 

I think we can all be good for once. I am really interested in the results of this poll. Even if I disagree with someones opinion I am going to respect it and not argue with them over it. Even though I may disagree with the war I'm still interested in the opinions of those who agree with us being there. Unless we withdraw which I don't see happening soon you guys know this is going to be the huge topic of the 2008 presidential election.

 

What we need to is get out and stop having innocent soldiers die!

 

I don't think any of us are lining up at the recruiters office whether or not we support the war.

 

Not goin to a recruiter, been there done that, but dang sure my elected officials know my stance on the subject AND being in San Diego, make sure every military person i meet know i'm supporting them in spirit. (and yes, most the guys I talk to believe they are doin something good over there)
