Is anyone in the market for a house??

Is anybody here in the market for a new house in Southern California. We are soon going to put our house on the market. It is a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom house with 1 bedroom and 1 bath downstairs, 2041 square feet. It is on 0.13 acres, has a pool, spa and patio area. The kitchen is tile counters with all new GE Profile stainless applinaces. Highly upgraded carpet, formal living room and dining room. So, is anyone in the market???

I don't know about out west, but in my town, something with a few bedrooms, bathrooms, nice yard, and ample room for the kisd will set you back...........way back. And this is not the highest price in town! The guy who founded Lycos built a house with the olympic sized pool, 25 seat theater, and a foyer that I can fit my whole house into (I live in the ghetto side of town) for just over 11 million. Hello Hollywood!

2 million is pricey, $675,000 is not.

Our house is in a real nice development called "Circle J Ranch" It's a well established community, fairly new. It is supposed to be the city's most prestigeous community.

Don't take offence, none was meant, but......what universe are you in????!!!!!

I'm sure your house is beautiful and worth every penny your asking, I'm sure that if I had that kinda cash, I'd be asking you for more details.

But honestly, to people like me who don't take six figures home each year, saying that almost SEVEN HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS is not "pricey' borders on insulting!

Again, I mean no offence, but to the majority of Americans, that is pricey!
