What do you think??

I want to get everybody's opinion on this house we have been looking at. We have been looking to move for a long time, and we found a real nice house thats in a real nice newer area. It is a 5 bedroom 3 bathroom house with 2,944 square feet. The neighborhood is gorgeous and perfect for us. I just wanted to know what you all thought of it. There are still a few lots available, ranging from $797,990 to $826,990 It all depends on weather we want a view or not. I have a link at the bottom of the page, if you look at the elevations, we like elevation C

When looking at houses, the first thing I look at is the garage. If the garage isn't big enough to work in without having to pull the car out to get to something, then no point of looking at the rest of the house.

Okay, you people make too much money... now get out your checkbooks and make a donation to the HHR's for Aliens Foundation. It must be nice to take that attitude, but I'm just glad I have a two car garage. I can still do stuff in my garage without backing the car out - cause I only have one car now! When I had two cars you had to be careful when you opened the doors not to ding the other car! I'm 40 and just bought my first house last year... so I don't think I'll be moving into a house with that kind of square footage unless I hit the lottery!

But hey Kar Krazie, I say go for it if that is what you want. I am so glad I finally could afford to buy a house. I am painting all the rooms now. I just finished masking all the trim in the 3rd bedroom... oh what fun!

Tandem Garage is really 3 cars one parked in front of the other, or put a trailer or something like that in the back part of the garage

Heck, you could get a house like that built with a few acres for less thn $250,000. Only view would have to be a lake front view though. Now I remember why I'm staying in Oklahoma after I retire form the Navy.
