I was at work all day very busy since this is our crazy time and I did not hear about it till I got in the car to come home. Watching it on CNN all evening. Simply amazing! Glad everyone is OK

This was incredible. From what I saw on TV sounds like the pilot handled extremely well by landing in the Hudson.

Thumbs up Unreal !

They said the pilot was a flight leader in the Air Force, flew phanthoms.
and that he went threw the plane twice after everyone was out , just to make sure no one got left in there, Hero ? Dam strait he is !!

What a great landing, not to bust that plane up !

Fortunately, a great outcome for what could have been a disaster.

Which begs the question.... Has GM gotten into making jet engines??

Not only did the pilot do an incredible job, but NYC's first responders were there very quickly. An outstanding job by all.

No deaths. Only some minor bumps and bruises. Pretty miraculous considering what happened. a few were treated for exposure to the cold.
