30 Minutes from me, I was working about five minutes from the crash site yesterday. It's surreal to realize that something like this hits so close to home.

It's amazing that this thing can happen. The pilot truly is a hero.

Pretty much just another day in NYC. You see all sorts of strange things in this city just about every day! Incredible job in landing and that everyone was safe. I work in the Wall Street area but live just a block from the Hudson River on the west side of Manhattan. I was going to stop and see if I could see the plane in the water on my way home, but by that time it had floated down to Battery Park.

That was an incredible job done by the pilot. Kudos to him for a job well done.

In answer to the question about the crash in Denver...there were no deaths there either. There were quite a few people hospitalized, some longer than others, but all are out of the hospital as of this date.
