Our Mini Schnauzer, Sherman.
He wasn't too keen on riding all the way in the back at first. He doesn't shed, but this is his designated area!

None of them get in the HHR. My wife hauls them around in the Quest.

WOW! It appears that they look very similar when photos placed side by side. But whippets are up to 22" tall!! Italian Greyhounds - up to 15".
These measurements are "at the withers". What's a wither??

I'm sure you all know there was a car named the "Whippet" made by Willys-Overland back from 1927 to 1931. It was America's smallest car at the time. It had a 30 hp four cyl. engine, or you could go for broke with a 40 hp six! They sold 667,000 of them in it's short lifetime.

My 200 lbs St Bernard rides in the back with the seat down. He needs to keep his head down when he gets in. He takes up the enitre back area lol. I also need to clean every thing after he gets out from his darn droooooool lol. I get funny looks when he pops his big body out when we get where we are going lol.
