What is your OTHER favorite ride?
If I'm wanting to get high...... there is only one ride to be in.....

I'm on the right in the black shirt.

Splashing in the Ware River. 10 minutes sailing up river that morning.

All good things Must come to an end.
"Champagne Sunrise"
Stats:
Height: 75 Ft
Width: 65 Ft Diameter
Air Displacement: 77,500 cubic ft of air
Engine: Dual propane burners (15 Million BTU per hour each)
Fuel: 30 Gallons of Liquid Propane
Passenger Capacity: Pilot + 2 or 3 (depending on ambient air temp and passenger weight.
Range: Varies depending on wind speed (average 5-6 miles in an hour)
Time from trailer to air: 15-30 minute (depending on crew skills)
Fun Factor: Off the chart (for me anyway)

Me waiting on fog to clear to lift off in Warrenton, Virginia (Flying Circus Aerodrome)

My own personal favorite other ride is either my ‘74 MGB or my ‘73 450 CB Honda. Unfortunately at this time neither of those go.
It would just take some money and time to get them on the road again time I got,… money not so much.

As for me, I have to make it plural, here are my other favorite rides.
1967 SS 427, 2011 Challenger R/T Hemi, and my Cessna 195-B Businessliner "The Cannibal Queen".

843,
Mike,
Love Your Taste. ***** I'ts Primo *****
I was selling Firestone Redwalls back in the late 60's early 70's
The Cannibal Queen looks strange with a 2 blade. Is that the stock prop?
It's sure a beauty.......along with the cars of course.

Yeah Silverfox that's the proper prop for a 195, they were fitted with 2-bladed Hamilton Standard constant speed props as standard equipment. Quite a few are fitted with Hartzell 3 blade props as retrofits in order to eek out better fuel consumption numbers at cruise power settings.
I prefer to keep the Hamilton Standard for looks and the climb out performance over the very slight fuel savings accorded by a 3 blade prop retrofit.

Kannapolis eh?.... Don't hold me being a Red Raider agin me then.
