Whos your dealer?
JIMMIE JOHNSON'S KEARNY MESA CHEVROLET -SAN DIEGO
My car's been in for warranty repair since last week. Last night the service advisor called and told me the part arrived, so I should have my car ready later today... When all is said and done I'll recount this story in another thread I opened last week. https://www.chevyhhr.net/forums/problems-service-repairs-42/1st-problem-w-toy-6047/

Same here. On his ads around here he talks about partying in South Beach for some reason?!?! We are nowhere near Florida! He is also involved in some radio station or something according to his ads. He sells either Hondas or Hyundais around here. I can't remember which because I try to tune him out when he comes on.
Brown & Brown Chevrolet in downtown Mesa, AZ.
Been doing Chevrolet business with them for about 30 years. The neat thing is having one assigned person (who recently retired and turned that portion of the business over to his son...who delivered my car) that does GM employee sales. The paper work and the vehicle are ALWAYS done correctly and efficiently. Have used other Chevrolet dealers twice, as well as other GM vehicle dealers. All promise they know how to fill out the paperwork, know the requirements, etc., but I wind up telling them more about the paperwork than they know.
Service Department, has been great. HHR has been in twice for TSB work. Work was performed to spec. and was done efficiently. Have taken other GM vehicles to them for servicing as well (some warranty, some not), performed excellently and as promised ( this may be due to my repeating and long term business, but I doubt it).

Bill Heard Chevrolet in Scottsdale, AZ. Was a piece of cake, since I had a direct contact in the Fleet Dept and I was able to factory order for $100 over invoice. Can't comment on Service Dept, since I have had absolutely no issues to this point (knock on wood).
