Why Do They Part Out New Cars?

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/08-09...item35a5acd6e3

Can anyone tell me why they part out new cars like this? I mean it still has the window sticker in it, and I don't see any damage!

Well, I don't want them to think I'm interested in buy the part, and I don't really want to waste their time.

I'd rather waste all of your time!!!

Also most manufacturers have a policy any damage during delivery automatically causes the car to be scrapped. They cant make repairs before they title it or they cant fully guarantee all warranties.

Schram is a great company if you were looking to buy from them.

Well my Grandpa had a 1995 Caprice, and I remember that the hood had been repainted on it, and he bought it brand new. No clue why....
