Unhappy Wifes car is back in the shop for Warranty problems... Again

On the way back from the store in my wife’s 04' Cavalier. I notice that the climate controls backlight went out. I asked my wife if she noticed it, and of course she replies I figured as much. So tomorrow it’s going back to the dealership again. This is the 5th time going back in for warranty work.
So far it has been:

1. ACTUATOR, VACUUM DIAPHRAGM - DEFROSTER – REPLACE

2. RADIO RECEIVER-RETURN TO AC/DELCO ESC

3. RADIO, REMOVE AND REPLACE

4. CLUSTER ASSEMBLY, INSTRUMENT PANEL - R&R OR REPLACE, INSTRUMENT CLUSTER-ASSEMBLY RETURN TO AC DELCO ESC

I think GM needs to get involved with this one. The funny about this is factory warranty is up in 3,500 miles

I thought this was a "HHR" you were talking about... You`re talking about a Cavalier..
What`s wrong with this picture.

There have been a lot of 04' cavaliers in for warrenty work. There have also been a lot of lemons from the mexico plant. Mainly timing chain failures, and electric weirdness. What is your eleventh digit of your vin number.

Hope you do not have one from mexico. Also check to make sure all the relays and fuses are fully seated....yes just like your mexico HHR.

The eleventh character is the plant code:
J Janesville, Wisconsin
7 Lordstown, Ohio
M or 8 Lansing, Michigan
S Coahuila, Mexico

Wouldn't Dielectric Grease help with the fuses?

Yes it would, but they are physically not seated all the way in some cases.
