They both suck. I am not going to pay someone to listen to the radio and hear things that I don't really want to hear just like on free radio. CDs and MP3s are the way to go. Then I get to choose what I want to listen to. In my entire time of owning a car I have never listened to the radio in my vehicle, so if I don't listen to free radio then I'm definitely not going to pay for it. I could see the point if you are a sports fan or talk radio fan though. It's kind of like Music Choice at home, I never listen to it. For every one song you hear that you like, you have to listen to ten that you don't know, don't care for, or don't like. It could just be me but I don't like every single song within a specific type of music.

What do you think is better sirius or xm radio? Does anyone have any complaints about the serive they use or why you think one is better than the other. Since both run about the same cost no real debate about that. We are thinking of getting one but wanted to know what others use and why?

sorry if this is posted somewhere else but all I seen was talking about installing.

The programming is subjective and both services are always adding and removing programming. The following link compares the two services but doesn't focus on programming.

for the types of music i listen to, i think sirrius is better, xm seems to have more channels but the sirrius plays better music on the few stations they have (rock & metal) plus sirrius has howard stern now

I mainly listen to talk radio so I love my XM. I'm not partial to XM over Sirius however. I only chose XM because I already invested in a Roady2 with all the accessories a few years ago.
