Pull a fuse, look at the pins, if they are flat they are ATC, if they are pointed they are ATM.

From the beginning you seem to be resisting pulling a spare and physically looking at it. Is there a problem with that? I know I can't do that from my wheel chair, but then I won't be working on the car either.
