Remove the door panels and check the connections for corrosion or broken wires. When you replaced the switches were they used from a pic a part yard or aftermarket from EBay or new from GM ?

I did not see any broken wires when I pulled the door apart. The switch came from Amazon. The old switch and the new switch have the same issue.

Measure the resistance of the motor windings. Do it at the connector. Motor may be burned out.

Stupid question first: is the lock out button unlocked?
The Brown and Dark Blue (the one between Yellow & Brown) wires from the switch block go to the driver motor. The other Dark Blue wire locks the LR switch. Any chance wires got mixed up?
I am assUming you replaced the entire driver switch module.

The motor and the wires are the only items left that could affect the driver window. All of the windows are on the same fuse/relay. The wires go uninterrupted from the switch to the drive motor.
The passenger switch contacts could be bad, since it works from the driver switch.

Why do you ask about the lockout button? It only affects the rear windows.

I agree, test the motors.
