Another 'what is this harness to' question

I don't understand why the D blue would be missing, should be only on pass side (maybe for another app). Actually you have a B+ and a switched. Curiously the heated seat switched fuse is also the fuse for the backup lights.

Do you have the leather steering wheel?

Nope, no leather wheel. This *appears* to be a very bone-basic LS, since it was ordered as part of a fleet, if I got my history straight on it. I'm just guessing, but perhaps Chevy just made up "universal" harnesses for all the HHR models, and added the wires as needed per order? That's the only thing I can think of that would explain this car having the heater harness, but no trigger wires, as well as the fog light switch harness behind the dash.. but no other wires to the front of the car.
