Creaking

Just inftslled new LCAs now I have a horrible creaking noise sounds like the car is gonna tear apart we loosened all the bolts pushed it up and down tetightened them all never seeze the bushings sounds like it’s coming from the.horizonal bushing I don’t know what to do or look for it was quiet before just the noise from the rear bushing can someone help

Creak

Not sure but it’s very frustrating when you contact the ppl you buy them from and they say you must have something wrong with your chassis when it didn’t do it before the instsllstion

Poly bushings are very different that rubber. The difference should be obvious.

Both sides?
do you have an SS?
when does it creak?
You could try squirting WD40 on 1 spot at a time to narrow it down.
look at the isolators on the springs.
look at the sway bar bushings and end links.

All new didn’t make the noise till I put on control arm

What brand and part number did you use?
Are they stamped steel?
Or cast aluminum?

All new? complete Struts (shock,spring,mount), sway bar bushings, sway bar end links, LCA. Nothing else moves

Check the 3 nuts on the top strut mountings.

Important questions: is it an SS? Under what conditions does it creak?
