Congrats on the new Panel. 
There was a website but I think it's down now. anyways it would have said yours was 1of1, not very reliable at alln I thought.
Just go to your local Chevy Dealer and see what you can get from them.

Check the inside cover of the glove box. There will be a list of the equipment RPO numbers. Enter those numbers at this site:
