Might sound like a very noobie question but I don't know if that's aluminium or metal. That would perhaps help me choose the right product in the first place. I can sand it with 80 then 2000. No idea what product use to give it a very nice shine, blue metal polishing perhaps? I want to go exhibition level, as close to mirror like finish as possible. I plan to do my mags as well. No idea again how to identify if it is aluminium or metal. Thanks for help.

"Exhibition level" exhaust means replace everything with some kind of chrome, it is already stainless steel.
The "mag" wheels that come from the HHR factory are either chrome plated or polished Aluminum. True mags are aluminum/magnesium alloy.
