Cylinder one is the one closest to the chain, they are number from left to right 1,2,3,4 if standing in front of the car, I believe.

#1 is at the end of the line, over on the passenger side.

There is a knock sensor; it is a microphone. It senses knocks not misfires.

The O2 sensor senses the a misfire because the computer knows which cylinder is supposed to be firing when the A/F goes high.

Did I leave anything out?

Don you mean the air fuel ratio that is supposed to stay at 14.7:1 no matter what? Throughout my hour drive, even under acceleration, that number does not fluctuate. The trims most of the time are zero-ing out through the drive, if I suddenly get on throttle like in the second picture it fluctuates but never enough to be significant. On that screenshot the throttle position reads low because I let off right at the screenshot. LTFT at home read 3.X(cant remember) over the hour long trip. I think there is an electrical funk at the top end and the motor doesn't like it. Just cant seem to figure out what it could be. Is there a ground that is specific to the fuel rail?

1 misfire won't register in the FTs, those numbers reflect the computers attempts to keep 14.7:1. They don't really tell you anything.

However, I misstated the import of the O2 sensor.

Intermittent?
One cylinder?
Check for loose injector wires or coil harness

I think Oldblue may be right. I had the same problem with #4 cylinder, pushed wires in at the injector and it disappeared for 2000 kms. Pushed wires in again (seemed to go in aboot 1/16") Now 600 kms and no CEL yet. Car has always run fine otherwise. Hope this helps.
