parking brake adjustment for rear brakes?
I apologize if this question has already been answered. Someone posted on facebook that the rear brakes on an HHR can be kept adjusted by using the parking brake every time you park the car. Is this a myth or something that does work?

myth, unless you have rear disc brakes.

X2, the parking brake deal doesn’t work like it should nor do the adjusters engage when you reverse then brake.
You have to adjuste the rear drum brakes manually.
