Rear license plate mount.

One of my REAR license plate bolts won't come out. It came out a little then would just spin. Any idea how to remove the bolt and possibly replace the mount? 2010 HHR

I finally was able to pry the old mount out and get the bolt out of the now tore up mount. Will go to Advance Auto tomorrow to get new mount
