Reduced Engine Power

Took 2008 HHR to mechanic when check engine light came on. He hooked it up to the analyzer and 63 codes showed up. Conflicting codes, engine misfire codes, etc. But the car runs fine except when the "Reduced Engine Power" message appears. Mechanic recommended taking it to the dealership. Any experience with this problem? Is it the computer? What is the cost to replace the computer or reset it?

Clear all the codes and start over....then visit Autozone for a code check when it happens again...
