Rubys first oil change. Easy as silk

Her first change, 4028 miles. Valvoline syntech Full synthetic 5-30. Pureolator filter. It was simple. Especially the oil filter. 1 1/4 socket required and 10" extension does the trick. Reset oil life on dic. Done. Easiest change ive ever done on a car. now will follow Oil life indicator to about 5% for next.

Yeah i put gallon in then took off block. After engine was started, let sit a bit then got 5 in looked about just right

I used a 5qt jug and got it all in without overfill...... 45 minute drain and I sopped up several oz out of the filter cavity with a clean rag that wouldn't normally have drained.
