Seeking advice for replacing front and rear brakes

I would like to replace both my front and rear brakes on my 2008 LT (Wheel Vintique 16" smoothie rims and default 17" rims) and make sure that I am going for the correct parts. By replacing the default parts, I would like to replace them with something better if possible. On the other hand, because of Swiss rules and regulations I have to stick more or less to the orignal parts' appearance (for example no drilled or slotted rotors or no red Brembo calipers).

I have gone through the various forum threads and am trying to summarize my findings. Any corrections or comments are most welcome!

Front brakes:

I have come across this Powerstop Front Brake Kit:
PowerStop® - Chevy HHR 2008 1-Click Autospecialty OE Replacement Plain Brake Kit

I would like to replace my LT rotors (diameter: 276mm / 10.9 inch) with SS sized rotors (diameter: 295.8mm / 11.65 inch). According to some forum posts they should fit into the 16" rims.

Apparently, the LT calipers can be used in conjunction with the SS brackets:

LT: 22705313 CALIPER, LEFT
LT: 22705314 CALIPER, RIGHT

SS: 22705376 CALIPER bracket, LEFT
SS: 22705377 CALIPER bracket, RIGHT

-->> Is the LT caliper size (22705313 and 22705313) the only size available or is there another bigger size available specifically for the SS caliper brackets? To make good use of the bigger SS rotor, shouldn't the caliper and brake pads be bigger, either?

Rear brakes:

Raybestos Drums:
More Information for RAYBESTOS 9774R

-->> Are these only the drums? Or are the shoes included? If not, should I go with the OEM shoes?

Would like to say Wagner thermos quit pads front and rear are good option and the raybestos drums are a good drums.. That would be the best setup for you which you can not go wrong for everyday driving ...

I'm running the larger SS rotors the calipers are the same size, I use GM premium pads for the SS
The rear I use GM drums and shoes, they have worked great for 199,000 miles
