From the Cobalt site, G5 site.. Directions! Apparently GM says no anti seize ! I'll change that habit!
They also state torque to 15 ft lbs.

Recommendation from NGK, Autolite AC Delco and Denso is 1/16 turn if you're doing it that way.

My old Saab Turbo used to get through plugs in about 5000 miles, so I'd be changing them every few weeks....first ones on my HHR after 9 years.

. Screw the new spark plugs in by hand until just nger tight. If it is dif cult to reach the spark plug socket, use a length of rubber hose to extend your reach.
8. Tighten the spark plugs using a torque wrench and following the vehicle manufacturer’s recommendations. If you do not have a torque wrench, refer to the section on installing Spark Plugs without a torque wrench.
And this!
Note #1: Always replace spark plugs as a complete set. This is especially important with computer- controlled ignition systems.
Note #2: It is very important to properly tighten all of the spark plugs. Too little torque can cause the spark plug to leak combustion gases. Over-torquing the spark plug can damage both the plug and the threads in the cylinder head.
Note #3: Do not use any grease or lubricant on the spark plug threads since this may result in over-torquing the spark plugs, and could lead to engine damage.
It then suggests finger tight then 1/16 turn

1/16 turn seems about the same as 15 lbs. I wouldn't go any more than 1/16.
When the wrench clicks at 15 lbs, I think to myself, "man that's barely more than finger-tight!" but when I take the plugs out next time I think, "that's a lot tighter than I expected them to be!"

What if any difference in plugs and coil(s) between a 2.2 in my '09 and the 2.4 in my 11.
Would the same plug and coils work for both engines, havent consulted the owners manuals yet
Of course the '09 has a little ways to go to 100 thou. but was just wondering.
I am an Ecotec spark plugs virgin tooo,hehehehe

AC Delco 41-103 fit both the 2009 2.2 and the 2011 2.4.
