Under the hood question

Can someone please tell me the name of the flexable hose that runs the outside air to the air filter? I am trying to find one to replace mine but I don't know what it is called.
Also, can someone tell me where to find a good diagram with lables for everything under the hood?
Thanks

Catalog name I believe, is "Intake Duct". The common name on the forums is "woolly worm". I also believe it is a different hose for the 2.2, 2.4 and 2.0.

You might want to check GMPARTSDIRECT.COM as a starter point. Insert your car year, make, model and engine, then click on engine. Scroll through, you will find what you want.

Then note also.....another place usually has better prices when shipping is considered although this place, ROCK AUTO.COM, has a more limited inventory of OEM GM parts.

Be prepared for sticker shock! If you still have the old one, just wrap it with duct tape (not duck tape).

In your Owners manual, in great detail..

If you have no OM, someone here could possibly direct you to an online version.

bunz315,
Google your year (20xx HHR owners manual), there you will find a PDF manual for your year, printable pages and all.

Try https://www.chevyhhr.net/forums/general-hhr-4/online-owners-manual-3074/ for Owner Manuals. Right at the top of this very forum.

I know this isn't a direct stock replacement , but i ended up replacing mine with some spare aircrft ducting i had available. It actually 1, looks better, 2, is MUCH more durable. It can be obtained easily for about the same or lesss then OEM , go to wagaero.com .
