I found a set of videos that were new to me from a factory training videos. Good detail of the upper end as it shows the tear-down. FYI

Members,
I now have found more info on these videos on factory training regarding the 4 cyl Ecotec engine. I found that they are made by General Motors Europe and copyright in 2000. Produced by MECOM, After Sales, Adam OPEL AG, Russelsheim, Germany.
This is the complete film (1 hour long) which repeats and shows more than the first 2 videos. It goes into the water pump removal and install. Also the removal of the cams and trouble shooting. YES would be nice to have it in English. (This is the one to post for the members as it's complete.)
Manuel Transmission gear box This goes into the removal and tear down of the 5 speed transmission. (This scares me and I'm fearless).
These were posted by a Mark Verboom (about 3 years ago) and here is where you can search his site which has much info. on different things for review. https://www.youtube.com/user/mverboom/videos?sort=dd&view=0&shelf_id=3
Hope this helps and it's good to know what GM has put out and was telling their workers at the dealers.
Regards, JC
