what is the story with the rear windshield wiper arm plastic cover

I always wondered how to move the wiper arm away from the glass to change the wiper blade. It looks like it is easy to get the arm up. I didn't mind the tight fit. I hope that once you remove the cover, change the blade, then snap the cover back on, it is all back to tight fit.

After nearly six years of ownership, I can put another blade on the back. I struggled the first time, but I use in infrequently as there is just heavy rain here in Florida, that and road film makes looking out the back window without a cleared window a pain.

So they can be cool like the ones that have a year one HHR. We can run with fogs and running lights only.
