BBQ @ Starve Rock 2010

Hey Everyone

It's been a very long time since we had a BBQ at Starve Rock. Lets see how many would like to go to Starve Rock and have a BBQ before Winter is here.

I am thinking a having a g2g on 02 Oct 2010 at Pucci's for Pizza on the South East side of Chicago but I am willing to go to a BWW just to g2g

Does any one else have any Ideas

I'd love to make it, I love Chicago! But money is tight, so I doubt I'd be able to.....

It's a shame every one would like to g2g and we can never pick a day or weekend that can work for all. If I had a Home with a yard I would Host a BBQ g2g and invite every one who can make it. Oldschool had a Pig Roast on a weekend about 3 yrs ago and it was the Best time of my life and it took me 3 hrs to get there. We need to have a huge g2g for this region. This region use to have a lot of Events and HHr Function and Rides but I guess I just missed them all when I became Ill with Cancer but I sure miss the good old days and Rides with everyone.

I hope to see everyone and meet new people real soon.

IF your really want a cruise maybe we can meet one day half way just to meet. Lets think about this. Get back with me and see when it will be good for the both of us and if so I will ask a few others if they would like to cruise and meet you and see that Batmobile

Hey, keep me in the loop about this. I'm up for a drive. Remember, though, that the weather usually turns from summer to winter in one day, so don't wait too long into the fall.

And if we don't want to go all the way to Starved Rock, we could just meet somewhere locally. Or, I had suggested a run down Route 66, but only had a couple guys interested. We could meet around Wilmington and cruise south. Lots of Route 66 photo ops along the way. I think it would be cool as hell to have a bunch of HHRs together on the mother road.
